To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Impresix be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including property damage or personal injury) arising out of the use of this instrument.
The total liability of the manufacturer for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific instrument causing the alleged harm.
